Abstract

Современное состояние организации предпринимательской деятельности в агропромышленном комплексе страны характеризуется нестабильностью и противоречивостью, отсутствием эффективного организационно-экономического механизма развития предпринимательства, которое позволяет предпринимательским структурам обеспечивать расширенное воспроизводство. Кроме того, ситуация усугубляется фактором относительно низкой квалификации современного менеджмента предпринимательских структур и менеджмента органов аграрной политики АПК, не обеспечивающего эффективного инновационно-ориентированного предпринимательства в условиях рыночной неопределенности
