Abstract

В современной инновационной экономике основой конкурентных преимуществ организации, в соответствии с теориями человеческого и интеллектуального капитала, является формирование человеческих ресурсов, позволяющих ей создавать, распространять и применять знания быстрее и эффективнее, чем конкуренты. Сегодня без эффективного управления людьми и знаниями ни одна организация не может рассчитывать на успех в конкурентной борьбе, и важнейшим источником роста рыночной стоимости компаний становятся их инвестиции в человеческий капитал (ЧК).
