Перспективы Становления «Экономики Знаний» В России

Abstract

На протяжении последнего десятилетия экономическая литература в развитых странах проникнута идеей становления нового типа экономики, в которой ведущим фактором общественного производства станут новые знания и инновации. Публикации отражают реальное положение вещей: согласно исследованию, проведенному Бостонской консалтинговой группой в 2007 г. (в ходе которого были опрошены 2 468 топ-менеджеров, возглавляющих 1 500 самых крупных компаний мира), 23% респондентов поставили инновации на первое место в списке стратегических приоритетов, 97% отметили повышение инновационной активности компании в числе 10 приоритетных целей развития. Каково же положение дел в России?
