Abstract

В условиях нестабильной внешней среды регионы могут обеспечить устойчивое социально-экономическое развитие на основе инвестиционных стратегий, разработанных с учетом специфики инвестиционной среды. Применение традиционных методов анализа не позволяет выявить направления совершенствования инвестиционной среды и сформировать долговременные конкурентные преимущества региона. Предлагаемая модель инвестиционной среды позволяет определить основные направления и объекты инвестирования с учетом региональных ресурсов и стержневых компетенций.
