Abstract

Поскольку главная цель управления современным наукоемким производством обеспечение эффективности деятельности предприятия и его поступательное инновационное развитие, то во многом успех инновационных преобразований на промышленных предприятиях, в отраслях и экономике страны в целом, зависит от персонала и уровня его подготовленности.
