Abstract

В последние пятилетие образовательные учреждения России активно включились в работу по построению, внедрению и развитию (совершенствованию) систем качества, но ряд из них не смогли добиться улучшения своей деятельности. В большинстве случаев это обусловлено тем, что для построения и развития системы качества до качественно иного уровня зрелости, а не просто ее модернизации, необходимо быть вооруженным теоретическими представлениями о том, в каком направлении формируются и развиваются системы и организации.
