Abstract

Конкурентоспособность одна из ключевых характеристик экономической деятельности и ее результатов. В экономической литературе принято выделять, по крайней мере,четыре ее уровня: конкурентоспособность товара (услуги), конкурентоспособность фирмы, региональная и национальная конкурентосспособностъ. Например, под конкурентоспособностью фирмы, подразумевают ее «способность... конкурировать со своими соперниками поставляющими на те же рынки аналогичные товары или, стремящиеся проникнуть на рынки. В конкурентной борьбе за овладение рынками, привлечение покупателей компании используют, рекламу, снижение цен и издержек производства, повышение качества продукции, оказание допродажных и послепродажных услуг, удовлетворение запросам отдельных групп потребителей»
