Управление Модернизацией Производственных Систем Промышленных Предприятий

Abstract

Рассмотрены цели и задачи инновационной деятельности в современной российской промышленности. Исследована экономическая сущность модернизации производственных систем предприятий. Доказано, что в качестве основной цели инновационной деятельности следует рассматривать рост человеческого капитала, проявляющийся в росте профессиональных способностей работников, занятых в производственных системах, и рост уровня креативности труда в этих системах. Предложены методологические основы для создания экономического инструментария управления инновациями на этой основе.
