Abstract

В России формирование ГЧП сталкивается со многими проблемами. Одна из них передача новых технологий от исследовательской организации на промышленные предприятия, т.е. превращение знания в товар. Кроме того, не разработана модель повышения квалификации государственных чиновников, которые связаны с ГЧП, т.к. государству и бизнесу в условии экономики знаний необходимо тесное сотрудничество. Сфера использования ГЧП может быть очень разнообразной, хотя оно не может решить основные проблемы неэффективности государства как инвестора.
