Abstract

Статья посвящена новому направлению исследований интеллектуального капитала динамике продуктивности интеллектуального труда специалистов высокотехнологичных инновационно активных организаций, которую предложено определять как отношение уровня инновационного приращения изменений совершенствуемых параметров (AN) к периоду времени At, в течение которого специалист в соответствии со своими интеллектуально-креативными способностями может разработать заданные инновационные изменения AN.
