Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы координации в управлении сложными и динамическими инновационными процессами на предприятиях строительного комплекса. В настоящее время система управления инновационными процессами в строительном комплексе является целостной системой качественных и количественных показателей, в том числе производственного и инновационного потенциалов. Одним из резервов для современных строительных предприятий является совершенствование и инновационное развитие системы управления на основе стратегического менеджмента.
