Abstract

Конкурентоспособность компаний инвестиционно-строительного комплекса, в т.ч. нефтегазостроительных компаний, зависит в первую очередь от эффективного и гибкого использования современных креативных экономико-организационных методов и инновационных технологий управления, включая процессно-проектные подходы, диверсификацию бизнеса, формирование интегрированных сетевых структур компаний в рамках технологических циклов строительного производства и пр., для достижения конкурентных преимуществ и системного синергетического эффекта.
