Abstract

Образовательная политика России на современном этапе исходит из необходимости повышения роли образования в развитии общества и государства. Эта роль определяется как задачами модернизации российской экономики, так и мировыми тенденциями развития. В современном мире образование стало одним из важнейших факторов и ресурсов экономического развития, формирования нового качества экономики. В статье изложенны положения, которые относятся к методологии прогнозирования структуры подготовки кадров в соответствии с изменением спроса на них со стороны экономики регионов.
