Abstract

В национальном богатстве государств сокращается доля ресурсов и растёт доля человеческого капитала. Человечество вступает в эру нового этапа развития, которую будет отличать интенсивный способ производства. Источником конкурентного преимущества становится способность человеческих ресурсов с высокой частотой генерировать рациональные идеи и обеспечивать максимальный темп их внедрения. Грядет инновационное общество. Развитие России как инновационного общества требует научного осмысления.
