Abstract

В статье отмечается важность взаимодействия рынка и государства в условиях перехода экономики с экспортно-сырьевой на инновационную модель развития. Инновации сегодня являются главным фактором повышения конкурентоспособности страны на мировых рынках. Малый и средний бизнес является необходимой системной составляющей рыночной экономики. Развитие малого и среднего бизнеса является одним из решающих факторов инновационного обновления страны, что позволит российской экономике выйти на новый уровень и стать конкурентоспособной. Поэтому стратегия социально-экономического развития государства должна базироваться на инновационном характере его экономического развития. Для этого необходима финансовая, институциональная поддержка малого и среднего предпринимательства.
