Abstract

С каждым днем увеличивается число руководителей, задумывающихся о повышении уровня автоматизации на своих предприятиях. Всего несколько лет назад это было просто модной тенденцией, а сегодня это уже критерий конкурентоспособности. В данной статье описаны проблемы и трудности, с которыми может столкнуться руководство предприятия на начальной стадии ввода системы управления ресурсами.
