Abstract

Реализация комплексного подхода при формировании конкурентного преимущества предприятий может принимать разные формы. Объединение двух направлений (внедрения систем экологического менеджмента и формирования региональных промышленных кластеров) позволит современным крупным предприятиям, их применяющим, получить конкурентные преимущества одновременно из двух источников. Интегрирование экологического менеджмента в систему управления кластером, с одной стороны, облегчит координацию природоохранных служб предприятий и управление кластером в целом, с другой приумножит эффект систем экологического менеджмента предприятий-участников кластера.
