Abstract

Развитие всемирной сети Интернет привело к широкому вовлечению пользователей в социальные сети различного типа и профиля. Во многих случаях социальные сети стали основным механизмов взаимодействия как отдельных пользователей, так и их групп. Развитие технологий и навыка использования социальных сетей позволяет предположить, что их потенциал позволит упорядочить деятельность организаций, все в большей степени полагающихся на креативный труд высококвалифицированных сотрудников «менеджеров знаний».
