Выбор Стратегии Развития Для Малых Инновационных Компаний

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные стратегии для малых инновационных компаний, которые занимаются коммерциализацией вузовских разработок и технологий: проведение НИОКР по заказу промышленных предприятий и компаний, лицензирование и уступка патентных прав и прямая коммерциализация научных разработок вузов. Отдельно проанализированы проблемы, препятствующие развитию инновационных компаний и успешной коммерциализации вузовских научных разработок и технологий.
