Abstract

В экономике взят курс на осуществление процессов модернизации. Решающая роль в этих процессах принадлежит вузовскому сектору науки и реализации его потенциала для поддержания и развития инновационных преобразований. Отсутствует системная зависимость между наукой, образованием и производством. Это вызывает необходимость разработки модели взаимосвязи, которая в статье представлена как 3 блока: вуз-производство-инновационный центр, инструментарий регулирования, алгоритм действий.
