Abstract

Рассматриваются принципы управления НИОКР в рамках реализации конкурентной стратегии высокотехнологичного предприятия. Выявлена роль управления подсистемой НИОКР в инновационной деятельности, которая ориентирована на рост рыночной стоимости компании. Предложена структура процесса управления подсистемой НИОКР высокотехнологичного предприятия. Обосновано, что в современных условиях управление высокотехнологичным предприятием должно оптимальным образом сочетать принципы процессного и системного подходов.
