Abstract

Отражена суть концепции инновационной мотивирующей системы бюджетирования. Данная система должна позволить компаниям уйти от некоторых существенных недостатков традиционного бюджетирования, связанных с отсутствием необходимой гибкости в условиях изменяющейся внешней среды. Мотивирующая система бюджетирования ориентирует фирму и отдельных сотрудников на достижение стратегических целей и инновации.
