Привлечение Иностранных Технологий Как Фактор Формирования Экспортоориентированной Продукции

Abstract

Рассмотрено современное состояние экспорта высокотехнологичной продукции России. Проанализированы причины научно-технологического отставания от передовых держав. Высказывается мысль о том, что в ближайшей перспективе возможности существенного наращивания российского экспорта высокотехнологичной продукции представляются достаточно ограниченнъми вследствие разразившегося финансово-экономического кризиса. В этой связи предлагается существенное снижение таможенных пошлин на зарубежное технологическое оборудование, которое не производится в нашей стране, а также привлечение зарубежных фирм, которые не в состоянии самостоятельно реализовывать свои разработки из-за отсутствия финансовых средств.
