Abstract

Человеческий капитал есть совокупность биофизических и интеллектуальных возможностей личности, реализуемых в системе экономических отношений с целью извлечения доходов и приращения других видов капиталов в процессе мотивированного труда. Доходами на человеческий капитал следует считать приращение экономических выгод благодаря использованию в процессе труда основных составляющих человеческого капитала. способности. к труду, биофизических, интеллектуальных и иных способностей.
