Abstract

В статье рассматриваются механизмы реализации конкурентных преимуществ региональных систем высшего образования. Показана стимулирующая роль гипотезы Тибу в реализации пространственных предпочтений потребителей услуг высшего образования: региональные образовательные системы, обладающие сравнительным и абсолютным преимуществом в качестве подготовки бакалавров и магистров, будут оттягивать на себя наиболее платежеспособных и одаренных студентов.
