Инновационный Менеджмент Как Механизм Выхода Региона Из Экономического Кризиса

Abstract

В статье определяется роль инновационного менеджмента и инновационной деятельности при выходе региона из экономического кризиса. Предлагается ряд мероприятий по поддержке формирования и развития инновационной инфраструктуры: анализ состояния экономики региона, деление территории и отрасли по стратегическому значению их для региона, концентрация бюджетных ассигнований на выбранных приоритетах, а также изменение управленческого инструментария в соответствии с реалиями современной экономики
