Abstract

В статье рассмотрены три стратегии инновационного развития современных предприятий: стратегия собственного развития, инновационно-интеграционная стратегия, стратегия заимствования инноваций. На основе их анализа разработана методика выбора стратегии или группы стратегий инновационного развития для конкретного предприятия в зависимости от его стратегических приоритетов.
