Институциональная Среда Как Детерминирующий Фактор Формирования Экономики Знаний В России

Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению институциональных особенностей становления экономики знаний в России: выявлены направления зависимости институтов производства и распространения знаний от предшествующего пути развития; рассмотрена сформировавшаяся институциональная инерция вследствие Хронического недофинансирования развития науки и образования. Определен эффект возникновения институциональной ловушки в результате низкого качества институциональной среды экономики знаний в российских условиях.
