Abstract

Для создаваемых в России федеральных и национальных исследовательских университетов предложена новая нетрадиционная организационная форма открытое акционерное общество. В статье обсуждаются преимущества такой организационной формы для университетов и проблемы, которые имеются при реализации этого предложения на практике.
