Abstract

В статье рассматривается расчёт частной нормы отдачи образования на основе данных опросов студентов-заочников с учётом географических факторов и переменной «человеческий капитал», характеризующей самооценку характеристик работников. Показано статистически значимое влияние образования, стажа, личных характеристик и региональных особенностей на заработную плату.
