Abstract

Особую роль в решении задачи повышения темпов роста экономики играет развитие малого инновационного предпринимательства в научно-технической сфере. Оно является наиболее динамичным сектором инновационной экономики. Автор рассматривает факторы, стимулирующие и препятствующие внедрению инновационных технологий, а также сами препятствия. Структурные и технологические преобразования, необходимые для достижения повышения темпов роста экономики, требуют партнерства малого бизнеса и государства в сфере научно-технической и инновационной деятельности на основе широкого привлечения внебюджетных ресурсов и создания инфраструктуры поддержки инновационного предпринимательства.
