Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы стратегического управления промышленными предприятиями. Показана неэффективность современного стратегического управления на большинстве отечественных предприятий. На основе проведенного анализа, автором предложена концепция инновационной стратегии развития предприятий, базирующаяся на использовании системного подхода.
