Abstract

В статье рассматривается метод реальных опционов в формировании стратегии фирмы и уточняются условия целесообразности его применения. Автор обосновывает причины, по которым, этот, метод может считаться инновационным, выделяет сложности препятствующие практическому использованию, а также рассматривает подходы к определению сущности стратегии в контексте метода реальных опционов
