Abstract

В статье рассматривается процессный подход к управлению предприятием, обосновывается необходимость перехода на инновационные концепции управления качеством и эффективностью. Анализируется взаимосвязь организационных инноваций, создаваемых в сфере управления затратами, с общей конкурентной стратегией. Авторами рассмотрен метод функциональной декомпозиции формирования стратегии снижения производственных затрат и издержек на предприятии. Приведена структура этого метода. Показана практическая ценность менеджмента затрат и конкретных подходов концепции бережливого производства на примере предприятия Hartmann Rico, a.s. (г. Брно, Чехия) немецкого концерна Paul Hartmann AG.
