Abstract

Разработана модель стратегического партнерства вузов и промышленных предприятий в области подготовки кадров для инновационной деятельности, формализующая потребности промышленных предприятий по содержанию знаний и навыков специалистов в области разработки и продвижения инновационных проектов. Исследование ориентировано на обеспечение кадрами инновационных предприятий, на укрепление взаимоотношений вузов с предприятиями-работодателями и повышение конкурентоспособности выпускников вузов
