Abstract

Во время мирового финансового кризиса особое значение приобретает способность территории к саморазвитию ввиду усиливающейся общей неустойчивости регионов. При этом одним из важнейших факторов саморазвития экономики территории выступает предпринимательство. Автор отмечает, что с целью обеспечения механизма саморазвития территорий на основе развития предпринимательства (прежде всего, малого), в интересах перехода страны от сырьевого на инновационный путь развития, к высококонкурентному состоянию экономики, необходимо создать условия для постепенного перераспределения ренты в пользу инновационного предпринимательства и технократии и постепенного формирования постэкономической цивилизации.
