Abstract

В последние годы стало очевидным, что динамика развития регионов зависит от их способности создавать благоприятные условия для активизации научной, образовательной и инновационной деятельностей, затрачиваемых усилий на стимулирование предпринимательской активности. В последние годы в России идет интенсивное институционалъное строительство, направленное на обеспечение роста инновационной и предпринимательской активности, но его результаты пока нельзя назвать удовлетворительными
