Abstract

Закон РФ от 2 августа 2009 г. №217-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации по вопросам создания бюджетными научными и образовательными учреждениями хозяйственных обществ в целях практического применения (внедрения) результатов интеллектуальной деятельности» создаёт дополнительные возможности для развития высших учебных заведений, становится реальной проверкой эффективности их деятельности по подготовке специалистов и степени их социальной ответственности или полезности для общества
