Abstract

В последние годы экономисты активно обсуждают проблемы перехода к экономике нового типа инновационной или экономике знаний, в которой ведущим фактором производства является человеческий капитал. Примерами могут служить работы Л. Туроу (1996), В.Л. Макарова (2003), П.М. Ромера (1990), А. де ла Фуэнте и А. Чикконе (2002), E.B. Сафоновой (2005) и многих других авторов. При этом широко используются эмпирические оценки вклада человеческого капитала в производство и экономический рост. Данное направление экономических исследований особенно актуально для России
