Abstract

Информатизация и глобализация трудовой деятельности привели к изменению содержания труда, а также оказали значительное влияние на управление человеческими ресурсами предприятия. В современных условиях развития предприятий основной акцент делается на специалиста, который свободно владеет не только своей профессией, но может ориентироваться в смежных областях деятельности, обладает рядом личностных качеств, позволяющих ему быстро добиваться поставленных целей, а также быть готовым к профессиональному росту и профессиональной мобильности. В связи с этим в последнее время в теории и практике управления персоналом большую актуапьность приобретает компетентностный подход
