Abstract

В существующих условиях хозяйственной деятельности в России коренные, но необходимые изменения происходят пока недостаточно успешно, что наглядно подтверждает существующая система ценообразования на инновационную продукцию. Она по-прежнему основана на выгоде роста издержек (путем монопольного диктата, лоббирования и т.д.), но не их снижения и стремления к равновесным ценам
