Abstract

Малое инновационное предпринимательство способно внедрять результаты интеллектуальной деятельности, повышать конкурентоспособность наукоемкой продукции, увеличивать инвестиционную и инновационную активность, развивать высокотехнологические секторы экономики, улучшать качество жизни населения, снижать уровень безработицы, обеспечивая социально-экономическую стабильность государства. Актуальность исследования развития инноваций в предпринимательстве возрастает не только в связи с инновационным развитием страны, но и в сложившихся сложных условиях мирового финансового кризиса. Автор предлагает стимулировать развитие инноваций в малом предпринимательстве, учитывая его интеллектуальную составляющую, на основе государственной поддержки этого сектора
