Обоснование Целесообразности Патентной Охраны Программного Продукта

Abstract

Анализ проблемы обоснования решения о патентной охране результатов исследований и разработок выявил необходимость разработки методики оценки ожидаемой выгоды от использования патента с учетом наличия неопределенности в ожидаемых результатах вероятности ее получения и затрат необходимых при патентовании. Разработанная методика апробирована при обосновании целесообразности патентной охраны программного продукта (ПП), созданного НПП «Эметрон» (г. Новочеркасск) и последующей его оценки с целью капитализации
