Abstract

В период мирового экономического кризиса бизнес можно охарактеризовать как сложную, постоянно меняющуюся систему, и только та компания, которая осознает необходимость разрабатывать и внедрять инновационные проекты и делать это быстрее конкурентов, имеет шанс на успех, на долговременное присутствие на рынке. Тенденции развития современной экономики, привели к тому что одним из ключевых активов компании становятся ее знания (интеллектуальный потенциал). Важным аспектом, естественно, является возможность учета и оценки интеллектуальных активов компании с целью последующего их отражения в бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности.
