Abstract

Отсутствие в нашей стране эффективно функционирующего рыночного механизма коммерциализации инновационных продуктов связано с неразвитостью инновационной инфраструктуры, а также с отсутствием инструментов кооперационной связи между всеми участниками инновационной деятельности. В статье предложена концепция биржи инновационных продуктов особого субъекта инновационной инфраструктуры как новой формы информационного обмена научно-технической информацией, которая воплощает открытость, законность и контролируемость инновационной деятельности.
