Abstract

В статье рассмотрены результаты внедрения информационных технологий, и произведена их классификация по уровням: тактическому и стратегическому. Также было выявлено, что существующие работы на данную тему исследовали результаты внедрения на основе финансового подхода, концентрируясь на результатах, отнесенных к тактическому уровню, и практически не уделяя внимания результатам, отнесенных к стратегическому, из-за их низкой формализуемости. Тем не менее, учитывая, что данные результаты обладают значительно большим потенциалом влияния на деятельность компаний, было предложено сконцентрировать дальнейшие исследования именно на них.
