Abstract

Так как в течение долгих десятилетий диалектический материализм К. Маркса являлся официальной идеологией КПС, в истории создания российской рабочей силы особое значение имеют положения трудовой теории стоимости. Теория К. Маркса до сих пор оказывает сильное влияние на процессы формирования качества рабочей силы в России, хотя сама рабочая сила уже трансформировалась в человеческий капитал, который, в свою очередь, преобразуется в интеллектуальный капитал.
