Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы функционирования социоорганизационных систем и, в частности, подходы к оценке состояния и развития социоорганизационных систем на предприятии. Отмечается, что в существующих методах оценки функционирования систем не уделено должного внимания роли в них человека и характеру его взаимодействия с социоорганизационной системой, в связи с чем предлагается новый подход к анализу эффективности функционирования социоорганизацонных систем при помощи комплексных показателей качества трудовой жизни.
