Abstract

Автором предложена методика комплексной оценки конкурентоспособности региональных инновационных систем, которая позволяет определить конкурентные преимущества и проблемные зоны инновационного развития территориальных образований. В соответствии с разработанными методическими положениями проведен сравнительный анализ показателей конкурентоспособности инновационных систем и условий развития инновационной деятельности по субъектам РФ и федеральным округам.
