Abstract

Автор раскрывает содержание понятия «новый цифровой разрыв», которое связано с неравными возможностями стран по созданию и использованию ресурсов информации и знаний. Отражается значение доступа к информационным ресурсам в инновационной деятельности предприятий и инновационное развитие российской экономики.
